Our trainings are built from lived and living experience, years of outreach and crisis response, and the belief that people deserve dignity, autonomy, and support regardless of substance use, housing status, mental health, identity, or involvement in the street economy.

Rather than one-size-fits-all presentations, we tailor trainings to the needs, questions, and challenges of each group. We encourage honest, collaborative conversations that move beyond policy language and theory, focusing instead on practical skills, relationship-building, and the real-world conditions people are navigating every day.

We recognize that many systems people rely on are also systems that have caused harm. Our goal is not to “fix” people, but to support safer, more compassionate, and more human ways of showing up for one another.
